Are independent homes better to live in than apartments or flats?

Flat or independent homes are deciding the family size and family value and much more.Space scracity in the crowded city does not allow for a middle class family to stay under one roof and even if permits,we have to pay hell lot of money for a small piece of land.Do independent homes offer a resident a greater extent of privacy and personal space than an apartment which scores high on security? Does the element of living space get compromised in an apartment?Always joint living is good. It has been our tradition to have a joint family but falling values has made us live independently. Even under such circumstances god has blessed us to live together
Maintenence in an excellent manner is basic to good living. An apartment is smaller and easier to maintain. It is safe and secure especially when you have to go out locking the Home. Flats offer a sense of community in case of emergency, and safety when away, also as you get older, maintenance is much easier.
