Have a great day ahead.
A software engineer was smoking.
A lady standing nearby said to him "can't you see the Warning!
'Smoking is injurious to health'.
He replied "We are bothered only about Errors, not Warnings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Cell phones
These days cell phones are the part and participle of our life.Right from booking the international flights to booking a cooking gas,all we use the one nd only one device and that is Cellphone.I remember those days when people before leave to their houses they will check some 4~5 necessary items like Pocket,Handkarchief,Key,Bag. But now a days Cellphone,MP3 Player,iPOD taken the places of those things.Cell phones would be interesting if they had both face and voice recognition in it. It would provide smarter and more secure phones. The keypad should be totally done away with and all instructions should be given verbally by users. If they also can incorporate artificial intelligence and manage to make it have intelligent conversations with humans, it would be rather delightful – a friend on-the-go always! I wonder if cell phones, using the Bluetooth technology or some new technology, could be configured to act as a central remote to make my washing machines, TV, my door lock, car lock, etc function. It could also, may be, check whether I have switched off the cooking gas. (I often forget to do so! Makes a lazy person like me rather happy just thinking about it! =)) Coming to think of it, a cell phone that doesn’t require to be charged – fantastic! We should use the cellphone but to a certain extent. Even on TV,news we heard about the effects of using a cellphone for long time but still we can not live without this handheld device.
Are independent homes better to live in than apartments or flats?
Flat or independent homes are deciding the family size and family value and much more.Space scracity in the crowded city does not allow for a middle class family to stay under one roof and even if permits,we have to pay hell lot of money for a small piece of land.Do independent homes offer a resident a greater extent of privacy and personal space than an apartment which scores high on security? Does the element of living space get compromised in an apartment?Always joint living is good. It has been our tradition to have a joint family but falling values has made us live independently. Even under such circumstances god has blessed us to live together
Maintenence in an excellent manner is basic to good living. An apartment is smaller and easier to maintain. It is safe and secure especially when you have to go out locking the Home. Flats offer a sense of community in case of emergency, and safety when away, also as you get older, maintenance is much easier. Definitely Flats are far better in today's scenario and particularly if you are in a metro city. It eliminates the risk of extra and unwanted expenditures

First rain drop
We did not hear the voice of rain. In day today life everyone is so busy that he does not have time to take the food slowly or to hear the voice of a rain. But I heard and feels about that first rain in Bangalore.Spring set in silently in Bangalore. The garden city wore a look of lush greenery all around. The flowers bloomed spreading fragrance in the air. New leaves sprouted giving a new skin-top to the branches. There was vibrant color everywhere. But, the mud, trees, shrubs, flowers, birds missed something. In fact, Mother Nature looked incomplete.
Then, the sky was overcast with thick black clouds. Somewhere, far away, a slash of lightning flashed the sky. Thunder struck loud and clear heralding the arrival of the first summer shower. Yes! The much awaited first drop was here! That first shower. Indeed, Mother Nature wanted that first wash….to cleanse her….to make her pure and new.

Minutes of the Meeting
I was very impressed by the idea of Minutes of the meeting.Minute details are very important in one`s life.We will not think of that matter but when one needs of that particular moment then we feel need of that. Its bettter to have a note of minute things which will help us in future. In routine life small small things play a vital role but we are doing those things subcontiously. So we do not feel the importance of the minute details.
Learning at management schools usually focuses on the larger perspective, that is, understanding macro-level implications. A lot of importance is also given to strategy and management principles. But what Bisiness schools miss out on is that all this planning and strategising will come to nothing unless back-end details are taken care of. After all, a number of small things add up to make the whole. When a client visits a consultant’s premises, everything around the office makes an impression on the client’s mind — the amount of time the receptionist takes to answer a call, a healthy/dying plant on the premises, the cleanliness of the washrooms and so on. Details are also important while understanding a situation/problem or entering into a new venture. When solving a problem for a client, it is important to understand the seemingly trivial aspects of the situation, too. Similarly, while taking on a new venture, it is imperative to get an in-depth view of the requirements for the execution. Attention to detail is paramount in Japan. The Japanese are meticulous and follow protocol in all business interactions. Detailed attention to even how a group of four sits in a car always in the order of seniority — is something that we in India would never think about.

New Year Resolutions. Are they worth making?
Question is whether to make or not? Why suddenly this question comes in my mind? The reason for the same is whatever New Year resolutions we make, up to what extent we are keeping these resolutions? Every year end we will decide some new things and when actually time comes to keep those resolutions we are doing the same thing uptill now what you are doing? So does it make any sense to make these New Year resolutions?2006 has drawn to a close and most of us are making our list of resolutions to keep up in the New Year. Are these lists worth making? Do we actually stick out our resolutions?New Years is a time to reflect on your past year and review the good and bad. Its the perfect time to make new promises and making new commitments
Learning japanese to gain employment edge
Before coming to Japan I learn a little bit Japanese language just to mange day today needs. After I came here I came to know about the JLPT Exams. JLPT stands for Japanese language Proficiency test. There are certain levels in this Examination. I gave the basic Japanese test JLPT Level 4 and I passed this exam with distinction. But still its difficult for me to converse with the people. They are very fast in talking. I can understand only few of the words in their conversation.
knowing Foreign language is always beneficial for the people who are going abroad. Learning a foreign language has always been a means of expanding one's vistas. But unlike yesteryears when French and German ruled the roost, more and more youths are now lining up to learn Chinese and Japanese to gain an edge in job opportunities. Japanese has been a popular choice for some time now. There are scores of Chinese small and medium industries that are coming to India. They need Indians who are familiar with their language in their businesses. More and more jobs are being created for teachers and translators in IT, pharmaceutical and chemical industries and scientific research projects in China and Japan.

Ragging
What will the general impression about the Ragging?Does it bad good or what?
Ask any college student what he or she was most nervous about on the first day of college and the answer will most probably be the same -- ragging. But what is ragging? Who does it and why? There is no clear definition of ragging (or hazing), but it is generally understood to be the act of college seniors subjecting juniors to teasing or practical jokes. The term includes a relatively harmless prank such as asking a junior to roll a coin around the basketball court to more serious or dangerous acts like sexual abuse and torture. Ragging initially began as an innocent tradition to get new students acquainted with each other but has gradually become a method by which anti-social elements of the institute assert their dominance on the campus.Although ragging can happen in any college, it is most prevalent in medical and engineering colleges. The reason being most students live on campus and are thus soft targets.
