The day you born and the final day of our life is the period where we saw every ups and downs in our life. Imagine the life which you lived for others and the life you spent for yourself. We live the life as it comes or it is a predestined one. Yes I will say it’s predestined one. We are simply the paddles in the Chess Game. There are so many definitions about the life. If everything is predefined why can not we overcome the bad circumstances? Why we have to suffer? The decisions which we take in our life were somewhat wrong in one or another way for which we have to pay for that. Every moment we live just because the All Mighty is with us. The moment He leaves our body we are out of this world. For some of the people it’s a natural cycle process. Birth and death are predefined as per our karmas. Who is deciding these karmas? Its we people who are doing this. The good deeds come into good results and vice versa. Then what is the final truth in our life. The only universal truth in life is Death. The one who born on this Earth 、has to leave this Earth after certain period. Nobody is immortal. How to get rid from these birth and death cycles? Is there any way to come out these cycles?

A Balanced Society

What do you mean by a Balanced Society? According to me it’s a community of people live in good health condition and drives the Nation at its best. May be there are so many definitions we read in Economics on Society? So many Economists gave various definitions of the same.　What’s the use? Are we following any steps in curing the diseases which suck the growth of good society? Our concerns should be to create an egalitarian society and that egalitarian society must have a place for the people who are living below poverty line.
Ａ society where man gets equal rights with respect to political, social, Mankind, Economic rights and Privileges. The poor must have equal access to whatever opportunity exists for the rich people and that the rich do not get richer and the poor do not get poorer.　In India wealth is gathering in the hands of two or three people. Let all people fulfill their basic needs and the whole nation enjoys their good life and freedom. Even if we have a freedom, the deeds which we are doing are unimaginable? People are taking bribes to get more money which will fulfill their needs. Is that the only reason for this? What corrective measures have to be taken by government in order to wash out the corruption? What’s the root cause of corruption? Is this the Money, needs, person to person minds, wish, power or what? How to get rid from all those situations which will be harmful to a Balanced Society? According to me general awareness about the healthy life among the people should increased and they should also thought of a well cultured life. Corruption, criminal behavior, bad mentality, use of power for bad purposes, greedy nature all these factors will affect the balanced society. Once their mind sets to a good thinking level automatically all bad thought will go from their mind.

Yoga Asana

Now a day’s people are very health conscious. They are going for a morning and evening walk. Some people will go to Gym and Aerobic classes to maintain fitness. Some people regularly visit their family doctors for routine check up. By all these means we can keep our health in good condition but what about our mental health? How are you controlling the mental stresses? Some people can not resist emotions. Some people in some difficult situations can not be controlled by anyone. So how to control this mental trauma?　I know Elders are saying if you are about to scold count the numbers from one to hundred. But does it really works? I found even if people count the numbers from one to hundred instead of calming down their angriness will be increased to double.　So what to do in such situations? How to control ourselves? You can not start Yoga that time itself but Yes you can try to keep our mind and body calm by controlling the breath conditions. Meditation has positive effects on both the mind and the body. It helps an individual deal with mental turmoil and aids in both anger management and stress reduction. From a physiological aspect, it is known to boost immunity levels, and promote healing. What we want is to control ourselves in mental stresses? By doing some Yoga exercises we can keep control on our Body organs which helps in improving mental health.
Problem is from where to start and where to go to do proper Yoga Asana? Now a days there are number of good Institute or Organizations which will teach Yoga. On the Internet also we will find some tutorials regarding this. But best thing is to join a good Institute and learn the proper Yoga Asana. Now what are the effects of Yoga ,meditation on our body. Here are some intriguing findings that researchers have come upon with regards to meditation: During meditation, there is a significant drop in the body's oxygen requirements, the respiratory rate slows down, indicating deep relaxation. The heart rate of a person also slows down, and blood pressure drops. There is a change in brain wave patterns, as they switch from the normal, chaotic beta waves to the slower alpha waves, indicating that the brain is in a rested, but alert state. The body's rejuvenating parasympathetic system is switched on; indicated by several key signs like less blood flow to the skeletal muscles, change in perspiration levels and muscle tension. These are some of the effects I got from one physician .A study conducted upon medical students just before their examinations, revealed that those of them who practiced meditation had a higher number of immunity-boosting cells in their saliva than others. This protected them against a stress-induced weakening of the immune system. So by doing some Yoga you can keep our physical and mental health in good condition. Let’s take an oath to do Yoga daily as a part of our life.

Infant education catching fancy of young mothers

Long back I read an article on internet about this topic and I was astonished. This is the example which shows how competent our mother is? She is taking the child care before the child is seeing this wonderful world. Is it so necessary to do this?
In Mahabharata I heard that when Aabhimanyua was about to born His father explained the idea of Chakravyah to her wife and little Abhimanyua listen all those conversations before coming to this world. No doubt technology made lot changes in our life but up till now delivering a child will be natural life cycle process. Here also people want to go against nature rules. By seeing the flash cards people want to educate their child so that he will learn the things faster and faster than a normal baby.It may not be mere lullabies and feeding bottles for babies any more as young educated mothers are increasingly warming up to the idea of infant education.The cut-throat competition in the modern world has driven ambitious mothers to start education for their kid’s right from the infancy stage. With proper approach, a child can begin learning a language from the third month, gain encyclopedic knowledge from the sixth month, understand mathematics from the ninth month and learn the basis of education within a year, carrying their newborns, make a beeline for her centre here, where training is provided to stimulate the babies' brain growth using flash cards. This is a sentence of one Mother who is implementing this .But really so advanced thing is required? If something goes wrong then the whole life of that child will be miserable. Why to play with the life cycle of our own child? Let them grow as per the natural cycle and after certain age starts all your efforts in making the child smart by all means.　If you are doing this just to show that my son is smart among a crowd then its just a foolishness.

The Magical Tap

The magic tap, which appears to float in the sky with an endless supply of water. Actualy, there is a pipe hidden in the stream of water. I don't know anything else about the picture, but the construction is fascinating and is easy to make, if the pipe is made of transparent Perspex than you would never see it inside the water stream.

Now a day’s most of the people are buying PCs for one or another reason. This shows the computer awareness among the people. Its good to have a Computer at home if you really using it for commercial purpose。People are ordering their daily needs items on internet. Window shopping is very common now. Instead of going to the rush places and to save some money we can see the items online and can order as per our convenience. I remember those old days where we will go with our parents to Bazaar for Dewali shopping. We used to enjoy a lot those days. But if you are ordering the items online then we can not enjoy those moments. So what to do in such type of situations? Best way is window shopping would be done depending on the Item size and cost. If you are ordering any big item and price of these items is less online then it s better to put the order online on the other hand if the price of item is less in Bazaar then we can personally go and buy the things. Affordability has pulled both the supply and the demand sides together for the past few quarters in the laptop PC market. This firm factor is expected to grow promisingly, with educational institutions as well as businesses being the major contributors.It’s nice that computer awareness’ in the people has increased and they are doing their works more efficiently but we have to decide to what extent we have to use the computer. Working on the computer fo long hours may affect our health. So in order to keep our health in good condition and our work both should be maintained to some levels. We have to assign priority to every work and have to implement with or without computer by taking into consideration all factors.

Costliest Cities in the World

By seeing those rates can you imagine what will be the salary of people leaving in such countries. Asian cities Seoul, Tokyo comes on forth and fifth places. For the rented Luxury two bedroom unfurnished apartment in Tokyo we have to pay minimum £2,110 per month. Some of my friends view about the rates in Tokyo was amazing. They are paying more rent on the Two Bedroom House. This is not only the case with House but food is also expensive. I saw some of the Indian dished in Indian Restaurants at Tokyo and the prices were too high. Same is the case with traveling. What things made the cost of items so high in these cities?

Marriage and Health

Marriage is like a Bond between two beloved persons. Both have to share ups and downs in the life together. This relationship truly based on the Faith on each other. So that’s why in Indian marriages before anyone get married there will be hell lot of procedures to be followed. Horoscope match will be one of the things to do. Shoot out at Lokhandwala:Review

In this movie Sanjay Datt (Samsher) has played a majore role. Abhishek Bachhan (Abhishek Mhatre ,a Police Inspector) was a best cadet chosen by Sanjay Datt but he was killed in Blue Star operation. Suniel shetty (Kaviraj Patil) Aarbaaz Khan(Javed) as police inspector in ATS team. These people are keeping an eye on every activity of Gangsters. Dialogue deliveries were excellent. Those who like gangster type movies like Company, D company, Sarkar , RISK will like this movie. The news telecaster Diya Mirza is in very silent mode.She has to keep news sensation in the movie but that was not seein The female actors have very little scope in this film but Amrita Singh stands out with her intense performance. Dia Mirza hardly sounds and acts like a journalist. Neha Dhupia is just about okay. Aarti Chabaria gets a moment to show her acting (besides her dancing) in the second half. g in the movie.
All Officers except Arbaz Khan were facing family problems. But the role they played were nice. No pitfalls in the service despite of their family problems. This picture is based on real story. We can fill the thrust in the movie when all people are firing like anything. Big B is genius. He is a judge and Advocate for the ATS team. He is keep on asking rapid fire type questions which will shows his smartness in this age.
Vivek Oberai(Maya bhai),Tushar Kapoor (Buaa), Rohit roy(Phattu) are the Gangster team in Mumbai. Maya bhai will not listen to anybody. He keeps his name in under world by keeping the Terror among Mumbai. But finally Mumbai police get the conformation about Maya Gang and they came to encounter at Lokhandwala Complex.
Director Apoorva Lakhia pays attention to the details of Gangsters and cops very much.
Two songs were nice. Overall it’s a good movie.

Water Scarcity

Water…………………….One of the most essential requirement of our life. Can you imagine a life without water on this earth? Answer is No. Then what should be done in order to save the water resources? In fact I will say how to increase the water resources by seeing our population strength. What steps should be taken by government in order to increase the water resources? I have seen some water dried region where life is very miserable. I saw the people in India whom are going daily ten to twelve kilometers to get the water.
Water is an essential part of our body. Daily we consume four to five liters of water in order to maintain our health in good condition. But the way we used water is too bad to say. We are wasting water like anything. Asked the person who are staying in the water scarcity region.　We are using the water as we wish. But is this the correct way to use this source? Think the situation that we will not get the water for one day? What will be our condition? SO in order to avoid from such circumstances we have to use this source very carefully. I think the Media can play a vital role in this issue. Popular websites like Yahoo, MSN, GMAIL, Rediffmail or any News Agency can start a well publicized campaign requesting citizens to submit their suggestions to be included in the campaign which will help the general awareness about the water issue in common people and many purposes will be solved. My belief is that things will change, only if public awareness changes. Unless and until we changed our mind we will not see ant improvement towards this issue.

Difficult situation while traveling

Normally this scene can be seen on railway stations in India. We will not separate out which Passengers want to go inside and which passenger finishes their travel and want to get down. Why this type of situation arises? Ｗhat　is the root cause of this rush? We can tell everybody wants to do hurry and get the seat. But ,as a Good citizen when we will overcome such type of situations. Why we are not thinking that the people who are in hurry should be given the priority. Again one more question will raised? How to find out whom are really needed to go first? When we will go to railway station, the first thing all of us want to do is put your luggage at the reserved seat and then go somewhere else or to meet dear and near ones. Railway Department has to take certain actions towards this issue. Either they increase the halt time or keep the Railway guard as soon as any Train came to station so this gurad will manage the rush by allowing the Passengers to get down first and then the people who want to travel they will occupy their seats later.

These days people want to look trendy and as per the new era. Day by day way of Fashions and Lifestyles are changing. Celebrities in various fields play an important role in keeping the New age Clothes in front of common people. They are the Brand Ambassadors for such type of Clothes ad.　Ｗe will find the Men’s and Women’s Fashion Shows in every season. Television and other Media make the propaganda of such type of Fashion Shows like anything. Models will be seen in various dresses and by seeing those models general people also started to follow the same dresses. But are these fashion shows really served the purpose of selling their clothes to the great extent? Answer is may be Yes to some what extent. We are normally getting the news about what is happening in the city through Television and TVs are showing such shows on regular basis. So before buying any product from the Market first we will see the ad of that product and then go to the market to get that.
I remembered those days when we are going to take the clothes with parents, we are taking the clothes selected by our parents. But now the whole scenario is changed. Even a child will select his own dresses whom will not know how to speak properly. I thought sometimes where we are? The young generation wants to do their shopping by themselves. Is there any wrong thing in that? Probably not, because they saw the people around them very keenly and they want to do the same. In Summer seasons generally we will find ads like this: Stroll around this summers cape, pick some sizzling garments and stay cool all through summer.. Efforts

Sometimes I thought that the efforts done up till now in our life are correct or not. May be I have taken some wrong decisions and I also pay for it. Every wrong decision comes to an end with loss in the results. So what care should be taken while taking proper decision so that all our efforts will come with Fruits of Reward .Is this knowledge, work experience, age or what? All saints did efforts for mankind and they did not expect anything from community. Their efforts were excellent. The only thing they kept in mind was GOD has created us to give knowledge and to reach finally at His feets.

Efforts are of different types.Some people do efforts in order to achieve particular target.For example Students work hard in order to pass with High percentage. Farmers put all his efforts in order to grow the crops. Engineers put their efforts in order to complete the projects. Doctors work hard so that their efforts save mans life. Saints put their efforts in order to educate the people.

So what exactly these efforts mean? Is this a particular kind of force which drives our body in order to do something?

Nature..at its Best

Nature has given many things to mankind. Since from our birth we are using all sorts of benefits from Nature and in returns we are giving nothing to nature. We are destroying all the things one by one. People said they had invented something but does it really true? These things are already present in nature in one or another form .What we did is just to explorer new things in that. All the great things in nature never demand anything. Sky never asks anything .Trees are like ALL MIGHTY. Always they are giving something. They absorb Carbon dioxide gas and give fresh oxygen gas to all of us which are very essential in our life to survive. Air never demands anything. All these Natural things are going on since last several years. There is no change in these natural activities. Sun rises from East and set at West. Then what is the thing that changed? The change is in mans thinking. He is innovating newer and newer things giving challenge to nature? But he forgot that whatever he is creating is harmful to one or another way. Nobody pays attention to this. Life is going on like this and one day may we have not enough natural sources to survive. By seeing present conditionA all Organizations telling about Global Warming. When we will come up with new solution in order to save the Nature and this planet?

These days the easiest and quickest method to reach the people is Mobile. Previously its not the case because the person who is receiving a call also have to pay some amount. I remembered those old days when get a call from anybody on Mobile we will cut the phone and then call from Local phone in order to avoid some 4~5 rupees. That time both people have to pay six rupees per call. But after four to five years there was a revolution in Mobile Service Industry and they cut down the calling rates like anything. There were lot of Mobile Service Providers in the market and to keep their market all Service Providers started new new schemes to lure the customers. Previously there was a monopoly in this field but as soon as number of Mobile service provider increases, all situations changed. BSNL. Hutch, Reliance , Idea, Tata Indicom , Airtel all big big players came into market to provide the mobile service and then the war begins.

Now a days we will find the mobile with every people right from Vegetable sellers to The Executive　people. I read in newspapers that if we are keep on talking for a long time on mobile, the rays coming from the mobile harms our health. But still people will ignore even they read such type of articles.　So our concern is how to use the Mobile effectively. If it’s very urgent then we will use the mobile.　If its not that much urgent we will call from landline or will pass the message through some person. In this way we will keep our health good and our purpose of using the Mobile will also be solved.

Roads in nagpur city

Roads in the Nagpur City are amazing now. Since last decade there was a drastic change in the road conditions. Previously the conditions of the roads are so pity that after every four to five seconds we will find a loop hole. Sometimes does not know whether there are loop holes in the roads or roads in Loop holes. But now the whole scenario is changed and I was surprised by seeing some of the major roads in Nagpur city. Some roads to be mentioned here are Civil Lines Road, Chhatrapati Square Road , Medical square road etc etc. and you can find the Greenery between the roads. Now we can say Nagpur is a Green City. But some of the roads are still in Bad condition and need to pay attention to make them better so that people can easily drive the vehicles on these roads. NMC, NIT are playing a vital role in keeping the City clean. Night time if we go for a walk we can see good lightening on the Streets. Street lights are dam good. Infrastructure in the city is growing like anything which shows the growth of this city. Hope the city will be soon getting a status of Metropolitan city. All people have to take initiative in keeping their area clean. All citizens have to take the responsibility to put one tree per month. It will be a beneficiary factor for all of us. This will be a nice step against Global warming. We will enjoy the fresh air every time.

Previously to drive fast on the roads was too difficult. Always we find some road accident news in the newspaper. But now that was not the case. RTO has to set some speed limits on every road by seeing the Condition of the road and Traffic. This will certainly avoid the accident cases and we can enjoy the drive on the roads. One more thing I want to add here is some people will not take care of Traffic Signals. Even if Traffic signal is Red they will try to cross the roads.
